The DMO allotted £750 million of the 0⅛% Treasury Gilt 2028. Accepted prices ranged from a high of 94.220, for a yield of 3.981%, to a low of 94.206, corresponding to a yield of 3.991%. Total bids amounted to £3.726 billion with a bid-to-cover ratio of 4.97. The auction tail was 0.2bp.
The office also allotted £750 million of the 4¾% Treasury Gilt 2030. Accepted prices ranged from a highest of 101.565, for a yield of 4.355%, to a lowest of 101.546, for a yield of 4.360%. Total bids amounted to £2.806 billion, giving a bid-to-cover ratio of 3.74. The auction tail was 0.2bp.
